BIGs Pau

Ingredients:

FOR DOUGH:
- 500gm wheat flour
- 1/4 cup of cooking oil / corn oil
- 1 small packed of instant yeast
- 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cup of warm water

FOR INTI:
- red onion, garlic (ground all)
- curry powder
- chili paste
- mincemeat
- potatoes (a dice)
- tamarind

Ways for inti:
1) Saute onions and add mincemeat.
2) Add curry powder, chili paste, and stir until oil rises.
3) Add tamarind and potatoes, salt and flavor enhancer.
4) Cook until potato is tender and dry. 
5) Finish cooking. Lets it cool first.

Ways for dough:
1) Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water
2) Mix flour, oil, and the (1) ingredients. 
3) Knead until dough is finished.
4) Circle round the dough into small balls and lets stand for 10 minutes.

Ways to make it:
1) Flatten dough balls and put inti. Make sure inti is closed.
2) Base it with cut of small square of oil paper.
3) Do again until finish all dough and lets stand for 30-40 minutes.
4) Then pau, steamed for 10 minutes.
5) Finished. Ready to be served. 

Pau with inti potatoes.

Pau with sweetened coconut.
(sira coconut with melaka sugar)
