Spicy eggplant.
Ingredients:
- Vegetable eggplant
- Anchovies
- Red onion
- Chillies
Ways:
1) process a large red onion, anchovies, chilli padi. (If you want to pound hard even be fine)
2) Saute the ground ingredients had no oil. add a little water, salt, and flavor enhancer.
3) when stir already boiling, add eggplant, mix well, and wait until cooked.
4) Serve vegetables eggplant, garnished with fried onions.
