- soup powder
- 1 bunjut soup
- red onion
- ground cinnamon, cloves, cardamon seeds
- ginger (for health)
- water and rice

- fried onions
- coriander, fennel seeds, cumin seeds(dry fried and ground fine)- ground red onions, salt, ->A
- turmeric powder
- red chilli padi =]
- tomato sauce
- flavor enhancer
Ways for rice:
1) Saute all ingredients, add water with measure, add salt, and wait until boiling.
2) Wash rice and strain.
3) Put the rice in the soup and wait the rice cook as usual.
4) Stir the rice during cooking almost.
Ways for soup:
1) Saute onions, add chicken stock and water, salt, and wait until boiling.
2) After boiling, closed fire. Sprinkle fried onions and parsley slices.
Ways for chicken:
1) Marinate ingredients A with chicken for 30 minutes.
(If the chicken is kampung chicken):
2) Wrap chicken with plastic aluminium and steam it for 30-45 minutes.
3) Fried the steamed chicken with add turmeric powder. Partially cooked fries, cause previously steamed chicken.
(If not kampung chicken):
2) Fried the marinated chicken with add turmeric powder. Fried as usual.
Ways for sauce:
1) Blend fine chili and garlic with water.
2) After that cook it without oil.
3) Add tomato sauce, sugar, flavour enhancer, and until boiling.
Serving all above with add some salad, tomato, and cucumber.
This not chicken rice, but soup chicken rice. me change it into my creativity to cooking. hehehe...thats all...
